1. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, you'll receive a full refund.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. If you pay in another currency, the final amount may vary depending on your bank's exchange rate. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

3. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is charged when your order is placed, and all transactions are processed securely by our payment providers.

4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email piense.official@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, may expire, and cannot be applied to past orders.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Birden Company is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
